pinnacle to
the seagull’s cry

stone-clad
hidden from itself

spinning
Gothic love letters

in old brass
longings

a deluge
akin to a whale howl

a sculpted melody
puzzled from persistency

even while ebbs
and flows

the turntable
of the world at large

a gramophone
yet preserved

while all that grows below
soldiers on
